General questions
What is UnifiedData?
UnifiedData helps non-technical teams access and move data across their company’s SaaS tools. Connect your apps to move data between platforms or save it to databases in real-time or on a schedule. You can also connect MCP servers to allow ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to access approved data.
Who is UnifiedData for?
Non-technical teams managing company SaaS tools who need to access data, move it between platforms, or enable AI clients (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to retrieve approved data.
Do I need to write code?
No. UnifiedData provides a no-code interface for building data flows. You connect your apps (or your customer's apps), map fields, and configure sync frequency visually. Advanced users can use transformations for data mapping and filtering.
Product & features
What is an authorized connection?
A connection is an authorized connection to a specific SaaS app that has been authenticated by the user and is used to connect to the user's account. Authorization is handled by UnifiedData regardless of whether it uses an API key/token or OAuth. Every connection also includes a free remote MCP server. You can connect that MCP server to your AI client and ask questions about the data accessible through that connection.
How do I give ChatGPT access to my data?
Connect your account in the app at app.unifieddata.ai. Each connection includes an MCP server URL. Add that MCP server to your AI client (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) and the AI can then query your data. You'll find the MCP server URL in the connection details after you authorize.
What is a "flow"?
A flow is a data pipeline that moves data from a source (e.g., Salesforce) to a destination—another app (e.g., HubSpot) or your own database. Each flow defines the connection, field mapping, transformations, and sync schedule.
What is a "remote MCP server"?
A remote MCP server is used to connect to an AI client to a user's account so that the AI client can access the user's data. That way the AI client can answer questions about the user's data.
What is a "record"?
A record is a single data object (e.g., a contact, deal, ticket) synced between applications. Reading and writing each count as one record operation toward your plan limits.
What sync frequencies are available?
Dependant on the source integration, the frequency can be "real-time" and/or as little as 1 minute to several days. This is configurable per flow.
Is my data secure?
Yes. UnifiedData is SOC 2 Type II certified and NEVER stores your data.
Pricing & billing
Can I switch plans at any time?

Do you offer a free trial for Pro?
